Presentation
The "Let's talk terroirs" collection is the result of strong partnerships with wineries in appellations where we do not own vineyards. L'éloquence Margaux, for example, is produced hand-in-hand with the producer, with our teams supervising production from the vine to bottling. This wine reflects not only the expertise of Vignobles André Lurton, but above all the personality of its remarkable terroir.
The vintage
2022 was a particularly atypical year due to extreme weather conditions. ln addition to a very early frost in the spring, which affected the vineyard just as the vines were starting to bud, there was a long period of exceptional drought from May until the end of September. The result was low yields and a perfect state of health at harvest time throughout the vineyard.

Tasting
Deep ruby-red colour with purple highlights.
Expressive and refined, the nose reveals aromas of fresh red berries and blackcurrant, complemented by subtle notes of sweet spice and black pepper.
The palate is generous and silky, offering a velvety texture supported by beautifully fine tannins. The fruit remains pure and vibrant, lifted by refreshing acidity that brings balance and impressive length. A discreet touch of oak enhances the wine without ever overshadowing the character of its terroir.
A contemporary expression of a great Margaux, combining precision, elegance and authenticity.
