Presentation
Very Sauvignon, this wine of André Lurton at an affordable price, is an example of "everyday wine": succulent aromas of pear and tropical fruit, nervous and expressive on the palate, clean finish and well-defined . Intelligent, vibrant easy to drink yet.
The vintage
The 2025 vintage was shaped by a contrasting spring and a dry summer, which at times caused significant water stress on the lightest soils. These conditions helped to greatly limit yields while concentrating berry quality. Marked day–night temperature differences at the end of summer then allowed the grapes to reach fully developed aromatic and phenolic ripeness, delivering fine concentration. The very good sanitary condition of the fruit is also worth highlighting.

Tasting
Pale yellow in colour with green highlights, clear and bright.
The nose is very appealing, gaining precision and intensity with aeration, revealing notes of exotic fruits (pineapple, passion fruit), yellow peach and white-fleshed fruit, lifted by a touch of citrus.
On the palate, the attack is crisp and fresh, supported by lively acidity. The mid-palate shows a harmonious, gently creamy texture and pleasing volume, without heaviness, balanced by a well-defined freshness that brings drive and length. The finish is pure and sapid, extending the fruity notes with good persistence.
A very accomplished 2025 Entre-Deux-Mers, offering a remarkable balance between freshness and fleshiness, both generous and vibrant.
