Presentation
Available in three colours, the Tour de Bonnet brand was created to celebrate the centenary of the construction of this belvedere by Léonce Récapet, André Lurton's grandfather. The white, fresh, fruity and floral, is the archetype of Entre-deux-Mers wine, pairing perfectly with seafood dishes.
The vintage
The 2025 vintage was shaped by a contrasting spring and a dry summer, which at times caused significant water stress on the lightest soils. These conditions helped to greatly limit yields while concentrating berry quality. Marked day–night temperature differences at the end of summer then allowed the grapes to reach fully developed aromatic and phenolic ripeness, delivering fine concentration. The very good sanitary condition of the fruit is also worth highlighting.

Tasting
Pale yellow colour, bright, with green highlights.
Expressive and precise nose, which gains intensity with aeration: pineapple and passion fruit, yellow peach and white-fleshed fruits, enhanced by a hint of citrus.
Clean on the palate from the outset, fresh and lively. The mid-palate offers balanced volume and controlled richness, without any heaviness, supported by a beautiful liveliness that extends the wine. Pure and sapid finish, fruity, with appreciable persistence. A very successful Entre-deux-Mers 2025, both generous and full of energy.
